Please keep in mind that we have a short raid schedule, so we are only interested in people that can make all three days.
Howdy! We're WaTI of Thunderlord, US Alliance. WaTI is a friendly -yet serious- group of experienced and mature players who still enjoy taking on the hardest challenges in WoW but no longer have the desire to invest obscene amounts of time into raiding. Our goal is to maintain high end progress on a shortened schedule by recruiting the best and brightest players. We do not (and will not) condone elitists or children and are strictly interested in mature individuals with like minded goals.
Please apply on our website if you are interested in a raiding position with WaTI. If your class or spec is not currently listed, feel free to apply anyways; we will make exceptions for exceptional players. All applications are kept on file so we're able to refer back if the need arises.

- Based on our current raiding schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:15-11:00) what percentage of raids can you make consistently? (Note: 90% required for a full-time raider position
- Do you research boss strategies or watch videos in preparation for encounters? If so, where do you find them?
- Do you have to worry about parent/spouse aggro during raids?
- Are you able to take advice, criticism, or verbal abuse from officers without complaining?
